Store terms

Purchases are sold by Tebex on behalf of Sempiternal. Tebex's checkout terms apply to the payment.

• Items are virtual perks on the Sempiternal Minecraft Bedrock server only, and have no cash value.
• Items are delivered to the gamertag entered at checkout, automatically, while that player is online.
• Monthly bundles renew each month until cancelled. Cancel from the link in your Tebex receipt; perks last until the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.
• Delivery starts immediately, so by buying you agree to give up the 14-day right to cancel once your items are delivered.
• Refunds are only given where the law requires it. Charging back a payment removes its perks and may lead to a ban.
• Breaking the server rules can lead to a ban without refund.
